Delivering Results

When people ask me how I measure my company's success I tell them to ask my customers. You see, it's not about winning awards, it's about how effective we were communicating our customer's message. When they succeed, that is our reward.

In 2001, Marci Zimmerman, became Executive Director of the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation. Marci hired Kim Walton and Sterling Productions to produce a video program for the annual Promise Ball. Fund-A-Cure is a special segment within the ball where guests watch a 10 minute video and have an opportunity to donate directly to a research fund. That first year the video was so powerful that Fund-A-Cure donations quadrupled over the previous year (and it won a Telly). At this year's banquet, held at the Westin Kierland Resort and Spa, Fund-A-Cure raised a staggering 1.1 million dollars. Each year Sterling Productions has set the bar higher and every year, they succeeded.

"Kim is able to tell a story that touches the heart but is also tasteful and relevant, said Marci, "Sterling Productions is part of our team. It's nice when you are proud of the people you are working with."

I am proud to be associated with Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation. It's a great cause and the name says it all. We want to help them "find-a-cure."
